                   ABATEMENT TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION ON
                   THE BESSIE SMITH HALL CONTRACT.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Battlefield Abatement be and is
       hereby authorized to proceed with construction on the Bessie 
Smith
       Hall Contract.
